Aufgaben

Sourcing-Strategieentwicklung und Teamführung: Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufsteams sowie Verantwortung für die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungs- und Sourcing-Strategien.
Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsverhandlungen: Auswahl, Onboarding und Leistungsüberwachung von Lieferanten sowie Verhandlung von Verträgen, Preisen und Konditionen.
Hauptansprechpartner für externe Fertigungspartner: inklusive Produktions- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie operativer Problemlösung.
Technologietransfer und Scale-up: Unterstützung von Transfer-, Scale-up- und Validierungsaktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit Technik- und Qualitätsteams.
Lieferanten-Governance und Compliance: Etablierung von Governance-Frameworks, Sicherstellung der Compliance gemäß ISO 13485/MDR/FDA sowie Durchführung von Audits und Risikoreduzierungsmaßnahmen.
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Datenmanagement: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Unterstützung von ERP-Prozessen und Pflege relevanter Stammdaten.

Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Procurement und Lieferantenmanagement - bevorzugt in der Medizintechnik, Pharmaindustrie oder einer vergleichbar regulierten Industrie.
Erfahrung mit komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen und Vertragsmanagement mit Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern.
Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Entwicklung externer Fertigungspartner sowie in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Sourcing-Initiativen.
Führungserfahrung mit ausgeprägter Fähigkeit Mitarbeitende und Teams zu entwickeln und individuelle Stärken gezielt zu fördern.
Sicherer Umgang mit adressatengerechter Kommunikation auf operativer und strategischer Ebene
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft.

Mission

Sourcing strategy development and team leadership: Management and further development of the purchasing team, as well as responsibility for the development and implementation of procurement and sourcing strategies.
Supplier management and contract negotiations: Selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring of suppliers, as well as negotiation of contracts, prices, and terms.
Main contact person for external manufacturing partners: Including production and capacity planning, as well as operational problem solving.
Technology transfer and scale-up: Support for transfer, scale-up, and validation activities in close coordination with technical and quality teams.
Supplier governance and compliance: Establishing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485/MDR/FDA, and conducting audits and risk reduction measures.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and data management: Close coordination with internal stakeholders, supporting ERP processes, and maintaining relevant master data.

Profile

Completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain, business administration, or engineering.
Several years of experience in procurement and supplier management—preferably in medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, or a similarly regulated industry.
Experience with complex contract negotiations and contract management with suppliers and external service providers.
Experience in managing and developing external manufacturing partners and in leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
Leadership experience with a strong ability to develop employees and teams and to promote individual strengths in a targeted manner.
Confident communication skills at the operational and strategic level, tailored to the audience.
Very good German skills (C1) and confident English skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
